Elena Delaveris

Solicitor

Upon graduating from St Mary Star of the Sea College Wollongong, Elena has completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Wollongong. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training with the College of Law and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW in August 2024.

Making a positive impact in people's lives has driven Elena’s passion to pursue a career exclusively in family law. Having worked in the legal industry since 2020, Elena has practical experience across a range of both simple and complex family law matters.

Elena understands that family law is a difficult area as separation can be a complex, challenging and emotional time in a person’s life. The importance of providing patience, compassion and honesty to clients is at the forefront of her work.

Elena works closely alongside our Principal Solicitor, Shae Mitchell, assisting her with written submissions, corresponding with clients, legal research, drafting court documents, and attending court.

Outside of work, Elena spent many years competing at a national level for athletics. Elena's elite sporting background has instilled a drive to succeed and has contributed to her hard-working and dedicated nature. When she's not in the office, Elena loves starting off the weekend at the gym, followed by a swim at the beach and reading good book with her dog.
